The Irisind Graduate training program aims to provide you with a thorough understanding of Full-stack developer roles with a focus on design, implementation, and analysis of web and mobile software technologies. Over three very exciting months, you’ll gain the skills and knowledge that are highly relevant on the national and international labour market. The three months consist of three challenging assignments. With each assignment you will gain a deep insight of software requirement specifications, scrum management, version control systems, front-end, backend software development, data base management and other invaluable experiences.
At the start of the program, you’ll be assigned a personal mentor. Together, you’ll decide what your program will look like and determine the general direction of your career path. This will be based on your qualifications and interests, as well as what’s important for the industry as a business.
